Mandy has an extensive history working in the administrative and health care field, with 15 years of experience at Helpmates Home Health Care and 8 years with Warren Manor. Mandy was a business student through high school and attended classes at Erie Business College. Mandy achieved her Therapeutic Recreation Certification in 2002 and completed Human Resources 101 at Jamestown Community College in 2024. She has served in several roles here at the agency, including Fiscal Specialist and Receptionist, Medical Records and Administrative Assistant. Mandy is a mainstay at our agency and handles many of our behind the scenes tasks, including billing and insurance eligibility, credentialing for practitioners, assisting with budgeting, fundraising, and contracts, preparing monthly expenditure reports, and human resources tasks.
