Drug and Alcohol Therapist

I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Penn State Behrend and then received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I started working in this field as the Drug and Alcohol Counselor for the Warren County Career Center and have since transitioned to Drug and Alcohol Therapist at the agency where I provide services to individuals 18 years and older. I recently received my License for Associate Professional Counselor in which I will be able to provide both mental health and drug and alcohol services to individuals of all ages. The therapeutic approaches that I am trained in and often utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT Skills Training, Relapse Prevention, and Group Therapy.
